TrendHR is partnering with an ENR Top 25 General Contractor to hire a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on complex, high-visibility projects across the U.S.
This is a true field leadership role. You will run the jobsite, direct subcontractors, drive the schedule, and set the tone for safety, quality, and production. You will work closely with Project Management and company leadership while having the autonomy to make real-time field decisions.

Field Leadership
Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through completion
Direct field staff, subcontractors, and daily production operations
Act as the primary field contact for owners, inspectors, architects, and project teams
Maintain jobsite organization, accountability, and workflow
Safety & Quality
Champion a strong safety culture and enforce site safety standards
Conduct safety planning with project teams and subcontractors
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and contract requirements
Coordinate inspections and regulatory compliance
Schedule & Coordination
Develop and execute production and phasing plans
Maintain and update construction schedules (P6)
Coordinate trades and resolve field conflicts quickly to keep projects moving
Review drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
Project Execution
Manage manpower planning, equipment, and material flow
Oversee daily reports, documentation, and progress tracking
Partner with Project Managers on job status and forecasting
Support payroll, staffing, and field personnel oversight
Subcontractor Management
Coordinate subcontractors and enforce performance expectations
Facilitate onsite coordination meetings
Troubleshoot construction challenges and recommend solutions
8+ years of construction experience, superintendent experience strongly preferred
Experience leading complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical builds
Strong knowledge of OSHA and construction safety standards
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Proven leadership and team management ability
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Willingness to travel and work onsite for project durations
Valid driver’s license
ENR Top 25 General Contractor with national resources
Large, complex projects (not small tenant finish-outs)
Real field authority and leadership responsibility
